📦 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations across Kenya:

  • Nairobi Metropolitan Area: All major neighborhoods and suburbs
  • Nationwide: All counties and major towns across Kenya

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

  • Nairobi: 1-2 business days
  • Outside Nairobi: 2-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

*Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery (Nairobi): KSh 500
  • Express Delivery (Nairobi): KSh 700
  • Outside Nairobi: Calculated at checkout based on location
  • Free Shipping: On orders over KSh 10,000 (within Nairobi)

🔄 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
